You must present a photo ID, be a Hillsborough County resident, and have proof of address. If the current address on your ID is a Hillsborough County address, that is all you need. If not, bring in a form of valid mail that shows your current address and your name. This could be a utility bill, lease agreement, voter registration, etc.
