How do I dispose of hazardous materials?

The City of Plant City does not take hazardous materials. However, Hillsborough County will take these materials through their “Home Safe Home” program. Information on this program can be obtained by visiting the County website or by calling either Hillsborough County Solid Waste at (813) 272-5680 or Plant City Sanitation at (813) 757-9288.
